Please note: We do not accept exchanges/returns on purchases made in person.

 

After the request, a Postage Authorization Code valid for 15 (fifteen) days will be automatically generated. With this number, simply go to a post office and send it, along with the invoice, following the instructions sent. Remember that exchanges will always be processed by PAC.

 

Products sent without prior authorization from TIDY SWIM will not be accepted. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of any return.

 

Please note the following deadlines:

 

Exchanges Request formalized within 7 calendar days from receipt of your purchase via e-commerce/WhatsApp;

 

Returns without defects Request formalized within 7 calendar days from receipt of your purchase via e-commerce/WhatsApp;

 

Exchanges or Returns with defects Request formalized within 30 calendar days from receipt of your purchase via e-commerce/WhatsApp.

 

We will not perform exchanges/returns after the deadline.

 

Exchanges/returns, after receipt by TIDY SWIM, will be processed and refunded, in the case of the latter, within 7 business days from the business day following receipt.

 

Products purchased in a promotional campaign may only be exchanged in size and, in the absence of this, for promotional products and for the amount paid in the promotion, regardless of future changes, and the shipping costs for exchange and reshipment will be the customer's responsibility.

 

In the case of a free shipping promotional campaign, the products purchased may only be exchanged/returned if the requirements above are met, and the shipping costs for exchange and reshipment will be the customer's responsibility.

 

Please note that custom-made products are indicated in the description. Please check before making your purchase.

 

Promotional campaigns are not eligible for the use of coupons of any kind.

 

Please note that in the case of exchanges due to size and/or color, there is no guarantee of availability in stock. We do not reserve items.

 

In all cases, we will only exchange products in perfect condition, without any change in shape, color or smell, with the label attached to the product, original packaging and invoice.

 

The customer's first exchange for purchases made on our e-commerce site is at the expense of TIDY SWIM, except for promotional campaigns. For other purchases, shipping will always be the customer's responsibility.

 

In cases of returns made by the carrier due to an invalid address, unknown recipient, moved, owner not found or similar situation, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

 

In the case of returns, the refund will be authorized by the credit card company and may occur in up to 2 invoices following the date of authorization of the refund, according to the closing date of the invoice and the internal policy of the card administrator.

 

ATTENTION: Exchanges will only be made for products with a value equal to or greater than the original order, according to the stock available at the time of receipt of the product. In the case of an exchange for a product of a higher value, this will only be effective upon payment of the difference.
